Annually, approximately 4,500 class and program offerings are created, scheduled and staffed to serve the needs of the community and region. These include:

The aquatic center saw $38,000 in scholarship utilization in 2023-2024 between swim lesson and exercise class participation. Additionally, all scholarship recipients receive free memberships at the aquatic center for open recreation and lap swim opportunities, representing 14.75% of Benton County residents living at or under the poverty line.

Osborn Aquatic Center runs the Life Looks Good on You! Life Jacket Loaner Program, offering free use of life jackets at various riverfront locations with high public use and access.

Indoor Facility (accommodates 1,200 spectators):

  • Olympic-size Natatorium 50m swimming pool with 8 lanes and 500k gallons of water
  • Indoor therapy pool for swimming and water safety lessons and therapeutic rehabilitation
  • Dual 18ft climbing walls for recreation
  • 1- and 3-meter-high dive boards

Outdoor Facility:

  • Outdoor water park consists of a 6 lane, 25m Lap Pool that holds 75k gallons of water
  • Leisure pool with 3 story water slide and lazy river channel
  • Several interactive play features from cannons to slides
  • Deck seating and concessions

Aquatic Center Staffing

The Osborn Aquatic Center has 5 full time staff and 180 part time/casual lifeguards, swim instructors, exercise instructors, cashiers, program assistances and maintenance staff.
