Voices for Osborn formed because this facility matters – to our kids, our parents, our seniors, our athletes, our economy, and to the sense of community that makes Corvallis home. Our goal is simple: ensure Osborn remains strong, safe, and thriving for decades to come.

Voices for Osborn is a community-driven group dedicated to supporting the Osborn Aquatic Center Capital Campaign, launched in winter 2026. We bring together engaged community members, City Staff, and representation from the Friends of Corvallis Parks and Recreation to champion the long-term future of this essential community resource.

To build sustainable funding support for the Osborn Aquatic Center’s capital projects through meaningful engagement with community members, businesses and donors – ensuring this vital facility, its programs, and services remain accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, and to the diverse local and regional users who depend on it.
Vision:
- A thriving, inclusive aquatic center that welcomes everyone – whether for fitness, wellness, low-impact movement, swim instruction, competitive training, or simply the joy of shared community spaces.
- A strong network of community and municipal partners committed to long-term, future-focused funding strategies that preserve Osborn’s programs for generations to come.
