The replacement of the Arnold Park play structure provides a new play structure designed to ADA standards which will  promote physical fitness. The play structure is designed as an obstacle course and come with a set of activities that can be done to promote physical activity for the whole body. The cost for this work was approximately $121,000. The city has been awarded a grant for 50% of this cost. The remainder came from System Development Charges paid by local developers and from donations. The Friends have received a very generous anonymous donation of $25,000 for this project.

The project was finished in December 2015.
