Re-surface trails at Chip Ross Park and Bald Hill Park

The trails at Chip Ross Park and Bald Hill Park are heavily used and need trail improvements. This project would re-surface the pedestrian trails that are degraded and eroded beyond repair. The project will provide for grading and re-surfacing of these trails to facilitate stable slopes and use throughout the year.
